Fall Lawn Maintenance

Services Offered

We offer aeration, verticutting and seeding services.

Additional costs will apply for yards larger than 12,000 square feet.  We verify yard sizes using findlotsize.com and will contact you within a couple of days from booking your appointment to discuss any additional charges that may apply.

Service Area

We proudly serve Lee’s Summit addresses.  We may be able to accommodate yards outside of this area if you book more than one appointment in your area on the same day. Please call us at (816) 866-0173 to discuss.

Grass Seed

We offer the Overtime and Macho Mix varieties of Grass Pad brand seed.  When booking a service with seed, please specify in the notes which variety seed you would like.

Payment Options

We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards. Make checks payable to LSHS Robotics. Payment is due at the time of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

A 24-48 hour notice is appreciated by contacting us at (816) 866-0173. We will contact you in the event of a weather delay that will prevent us from performing your yard maintenance.

What does yard maintenance have to do with teaching students about science, technology, engineering and mathematics?

All revenue generated from this program support the Lee’s Summit High School Robotics team for their year round activities.  Each year, the team not only competes in the annual FIRST Robotics Competition, they put on summer camps, a junior robotics league and participate in a number of community outreach programs.
